About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

Are you passionate about strategic decision-making and operational excellence? As a member of the Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will serve as a key advisor to Brazil Sales Leadership. In this high-visibility role, you will navigate a rapidly evolving landscape to optimize business performance, drive Go-To-Market (GTM) innovation, and ensure organizational scale. You are not just managing processes; you are building the engine that powers our growth. You will work with cross-functional teams across Finance, Marketing, and People Operations to transform complex data into decisive action.

Impact

  • GTM Architecture: Orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the Go-To-Market plan under the annual sales strategy planning cycle. This includes account segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, compensation, quota setting, etc.
  • Business Intelligence & Performance: Define key performance metrics and targets and provide insights into the health of the business, identifying areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Strategic Analytics: Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, white space, etc.)
  • Operational Rigor: Institutionalize forecast excellence. Drive predictable, sustainable growth by leading weekly business reviews and refining the precision of our sales pipeline.
  • Executive Communications: Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews (QBRs)
  • Systems Transformation: Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling
  • Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights and actions
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
