ポジション概要
Analyst Relations & Market Intelligence Managerは、主要業界アナリストとの関係構築を通じて、新しいアーキテクチャやソリューションの価値を市場に浸透させ、製品評価の維持・向上を推進する役割を担います。
戦略的イベントやアナリストブリーフィングを通じて市場機会を特定し、市場インサイトをもとにコンテンツ開発やGTM(Go-To-Market)戦略の策定を支援します。
また、レビューサイトやAIO施策などを活用したブランド認知向上を推進し、得られた市場インサイトを製品・営業組織へフィードバックすることで、事業成長を加速させる戦略的ハブとして機能します。
主な業務内容
1. アナリストリレーション
主要ITアナリストとの関係構築および定期的なブリーフィングの実施
Salesforceの戦略、アーキテクチャ、製品価値をアナリストへ発信
アナリストレポートや評価(Magic Quadrantなど)におけるポジション維持・向上の支援
- 市場インテリジェンス
業界アナリストレポートや市場データの分析
Salesforceの市場ポジションや競争優位性の整理
ACV事例や案件創出の実績などを整理し、ストーリーとして市場へ発信
- コンテンツ・営業アセット活用
アナリストレポートや業界記事を営業アセットとして活用
Salesforceの営業活動(Sales Motion)に活用できるコンテンツ開発
Agentforce/Sales Cloud / CRMなどの強みを裏付ける第三者評価の活用
- 市場評価の分析
顧客フィードバック、レビューサイト、業界評価のモニタリング
市場からの不満・課題の客観的分析
製品チーム・営業チームへのインサイト提供
- ブランド認知向上
SEO施策やレビューサイトを通じたブランド認知向上
業界記事・アナリストコメントの活用
