Your Impact:

  • Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of ISVs developing apps on Salesforce and listing on App Exchange
  • Identify and proactively engage high-potential partners to drive meaningful ISV channel revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, support, legal, and operations to guide partners through onboarding

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in SaaS/PaaS sales
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and technical aptitude
  • Excellent time management and self-directed work style
  • Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, channel sales, and startup environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to assess partner revenue potential, qualify opportunities, and prioritize effectively
  • Technical & Operational Acumen: Solid understanding of ISV app development and go-to-market requirements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience aligning technical, product, and sales teams around partner goals
  • Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving practical solutions
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage a large territory using data analysis and AI tools
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator across technical and business audiences

Preferred Skills
