Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Human Resources Partner providing HR leadership for the Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) Site in Goleta, CA, being a key employee advocate and advisor to site leadership. The Sr. HR Partner is an integral part of the client group leadership team, providing high value people/organizational/HR consulting and HR subject matter expertise to help build the strategy improve organizational performance and develop organizational capability.
What You Will Do
- Provide HR leadership to the cross-functional team of ~800 employees
- Drive solutions within the areas of talent, leadership capability and team development/performance
- Deliver HR expertise in program reviews, business captures and other leadership meetings
- Lead and participate in HR projects and other assignments across Raytheon
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience
- Experience coaching and consulting with leadership and employees with regards to talent initiatives and cultural changes
- Experience coordinating Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and talent acquisition

- Must have strong HR fundamentals and HR Subject Matter Expertise balanced with business acumen, in formulating and implementing people/organizational/HR actions that will impact business results
- Requires collaborative work behaviors and ability to consult effectively and independently
- Demonstrated track record for high-level, challenging HR business partner work
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Must be capable of serving as the primary business partner to senior and mid-level leaders for their organization on important matters relating to organizational strategies and effectiveness. Serving as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problems.
- May have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
