TTS

Through advanced technology and our people’s expertise, our Training Transformation Services is modernising what’s possible in the training and preparation of our armed forces. With a real blended approach to learning and using the latest innovative systems and technology, we ensure our service men and women really are prepared for any situation.

Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements, coordinating assurance activities across the programme, and proactively identifying and managing quality issues both internally and externally, including customer‑related concerns. You will support the TTS Quality Lead and Services Quality Manager in delivering defined Quality Key Performance Indicators, review and manage changes to requirements with key stakeholders, and actively promote a strong culture of quality and continual improvement while acting as a CORE ambassador within TTS.

You will also ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards, Raytheon’s business practices, and contractual obligations, while promoting risk‑based thinking and effective change management. The role involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, generating and reviewing business metrics to recommend enhancements to the Business Management System, and maintaining compliance mapping tools and QMS management software.

Qualifications/Skills You Must Have

  • QMS Lead Auditor (AS9100/ISO9001).
  • Extensive working knowledge of the United Kingdom’s armed forces environment.
  • Sound knowledge of root cause and corrective action techniques.
  • Ability to travel extensively and regularly to customer and other Raytheon UK sites as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external multi discipline teams.
  • Poses a willingness to learn and develop.

Qualifications/Skills We Prefer

Working Knowledge of:

  • JSP 822 Defence Systems Approach to Training.
  • ISO 44001 Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems.
  • Asset management principles.
  • Equipment management principles.
  • Power BI, Microsoft Flows, Share Point and Power Apps.
  • Ideagen’s quality management tool.
