What You Will Do

• Participate on manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction reviews, and manufacturing standard work improvements
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement
• Create and maintain CMM programs for blades, standardized for use across machines where possible
• Utilize advance GD&T knowledge to program CMMs
• Point of contact for external software and machine maintenance requirements and calibrations
• Drive partnership with Part Family Engineering and Quality Engineering teams through continuous improvement journey

Weekend Shift Schedule: Friday

• Sunday: 6:00am-6:30pm

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of CMM Programming experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

• Two or more years of experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment

Role Type

This role is Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
