  • What You Will Do
  • Lead procurement governance, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, Ethics, Global Trade, and EH&S requirements
  • Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives (cost, risk, supplier performance)
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives (RFQs, RFPs, competitive bidding), including negotiations and contract structuring
  • Optimize total cost of ownership through effective commercial and sourcing strategies
  • Own supplier and contract performance management, including KPI/SLA governance and business reviews
  • Lead vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding, due diligence, and supplier risk assessment
  • Drive supplier base rationalization to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Lead procurement digitalization and automation initiatives to improve process efficiency and data visibility
  • Oversee procurement reporting and analytics (spend analysis, savings tracking, compliance, supplier performance)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and key stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Proven capability in supplier negotiation and contract management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in spend and performance analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement transformation
  • Exposure to procurement digitalization tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa)
  • Knowledge of global trade compliance and procurement governance frameworks
  • Experience managing supplier performance frameworks (KPI/SLA)
  • Background in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments
