Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to grow strategic software sales for **PLEX in Australia **across medium to large enterprises.

Reporting to Manager, Enterprise Software Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales cycle (6–9 months), close complex deals, and build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Win and grow strategic accounts for PLEX Systems
  • Lead large, multi-cloud pursuits and negotiate enterprise contracts
  • Build account plans and pipeline to exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to implement targeted plays
  • Position solutions that align with customer goals

The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • At least 6 years' experience in B2B software/SaaS sales experience
  • Experience exceeding quotas and closing complex deals
  • Strategic selling skills and ability to engage at executive level
  • Experience in value-based selling and managing long sales cycles

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

  • Food & Beverage industry experience
  • MES or manufacturing software
