Job Description:

We are looking for a sales-oriented and well-organized Inside Sales Support Specialist with Italian to join our team in Katowice, Poland. This role is ideal for someone who combines administrative skills with a commercial mindset and succeeds in a customer-focused environment.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and motivated by results - someone who takes initiative, builds customer relationships, and contributes to achieving sales targets.

You will work with the Regional Sales Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth execution of sales and service processes across the Italian market. You will also collaborate with different internal departments to coordinate service delivery and resolve issues.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and work in a hybrid model (remote and onsite).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in daily operations and customer interactions.
  • Conduct phone and web research to identify potential customers and supplier.
  • Handle telephone and email customer communication.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with customers and potential clients to secure sales.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations.
  • Receive and processing customer orders, including arranging payment methods.
  • Create and manage invoices.
  • Monitor order and service status using internal systems.
  • Ensure delivery and resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate service execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities.
  • Support compliance checks for local sales, import, and export regulations.
  • Chase outstanding payments and ensure financial documentation.
  • Contribute to sales performance through customer engagement and follow-ups.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Fluent Italian (minimum B2 level).
  • Good English skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with commercial negotiations and customer interaction.
  • Attention to details.
  • A natural drive for sales and achieving targets.

  • Knowledge of systems for work at Rockwell Automation based on previous experience.
