As a Senior Growth Engagement Manager you’ll drive the way we connect with customers to drive engagement across our products, connecting the right user to the right action. You will focus on informing and implementing a strategic growth roadmap that introduces users to the right products and drives engagement across the entire user journey including onboarding, product adoption, engagement and retention. You will work closely with teams across product, marketing, creative and data science to build campaigns, experiments and messaging that increase engagement with our products and services. You bring a quantitative approach to prioritization and creative problem solving, and you use marketing technology and data to inform decisions and execution.
At your core, you are results oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be supported by engineers, analysts, content strategists, brand marketers and product innovators as you work toward our common goal to help democratize our financial system!
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

Own the strategy for lifecycle journeys and campaigns by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities to increase customer engagement.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Design, Data Science, and Content teams to develop personalized and compelling customer journeys.

Use customer segmentation and data analysis to uncover opportunities for targeted messaging and tailored customer experiences.

Generate data-driven hypotheses to improve marketing performance; design and implement A/B tests and apply statistical fundamentals (e.g., sample size, significance) to evaluate results.

Drive the creative development and iteration pipeline by applying insights from experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance.
What you bring

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
-
5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services, or equivalent experience in a data-driven field.

Analytical approach with experience using tools and concepts such as Excel, A/B testing methodologies, and relational databases.

Experience developing marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation, and message testing.

Results-oriented approach with the curiosity, drive, and creativity to execute and iterate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Familiarity with SQL and/or HTML is a plus.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)$166,000—$195,000 USDZone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)$146,000—$172,000 USDZone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)$129,000—$152,000 USD
