About the Role

If you enjoy working on product experiences that require high scale but also a delightful user experience, this role is highly likely to be a perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do:

• Uphold a high bar by participating in technical discussions, providing feedback on specs, and making recommendations
• Ship and own high-impact products end-to-end with high quality
• Propose, lead, and roll out technical initiatives that align the team with industry best practices for code quality, observability, and testing. You may find yourself leading a weekly meeting around how to improve the health of our services
• Take ambiguous technical problem statements and turning them into an actionable plan, and then executing it with the team

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of JS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (especially ES6+), React, HTML, and CSS, and unit and integration testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in building user-centric applications and large-scale frontend infrastructures.
• Familiarity with creating engaging and scalable interfaces within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers in frontend development.
• Comfortable in an environment that encourages autonomy and innovation to devise creative frontend solutions.
