As Content Producer, Wild Rift, you will report to the Content Production Lead and serve as a key pillar of production excellence within the publishing team. This role supports a broad range of content initiatives across channel, product marketing, and moment-based campaigns.
The Content Producer is expected to flex across different publishing functions, supporting evolving business priorities and creative needs. Your awareness and transparent communication will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our campaign requirements, allowing you to advocate for their needs and ensure they are fulfilled.
You will be responsible for translating strategic goals into high-quality creative deliverables that surprise and delight our players , owning end-to-end production workflows, and managing agency partnerships to ensure scalable, efficient, and brand-consistent execution.
Core Responsibilities:
Production Excellence
- Lead end-to-end production of Wild Rift publishing assets, ensuring high craft standards, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Drive structured production planning, risk management, and cross-functional alignment across internal teams.
- Maintain clear documentation, content calendars, and production tracking systems to ensure operational rigor.
Agency & RFP Management
- Own the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and agency onboarding. Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective creative execution.
- Establish strong working relationships with agency partners and hold them accountable to quality and timeline expectations.
Cross-Functional Production Support
Support content production across multiple publishing areas, including:
- 1st Party Channel Requests: IAE, ASO, Featuring, and ad-hoc platform requests
- Product Marketing: Champion overviews, skin in-game trailers, feature spotlights, and gameplay updates
- Event/Campaigns: Event and tentpole support such as Smash, Worlds, and brand partnerships
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Production Experience: 3+ years of experience in creative production, advertising, or project management. Experience within the gaming or Riot ecosystem is a plus.
- Agency Management: Proven experience managing external vendors and driving RFP processes.
- Asset & Workflow Management: Ability to manage complex art marketing assets across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Communication: Strong, transparent communication skills with the ability to balance creative quality and stakeholder needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Gaming Passion: Strong interest in mobile game marketing.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for asset validation and Airtable or similar systems for workflow management.
- Flexible Craft Coverage: Ability to adapt and support multiple publishing functions based on team priorities.
