Revenue Operations Billing Analyst, Order-To-Cash Operations

Ring Sense AI is Ring Central’s proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles that Ring Central applies to their core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Revenue Operations Billing Analyst, Order-To-Cash Operations

The Revenue Operations Billing Analyst ensures accurate, timely, and compliant billing operations. This role supports revenue integrity through invoice review, credit assessments, refund processing, and operations case management. The analyst collaborates cross-functionally to maintain KPIs and meet SLAs.

  • Invoicing Request Review. Review and validate invoicing requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

  • Credit Check & Limit Increase Assessment. Perform credit risk assessments for new and existing customers.

  • Refund Processing. Review and validate refund requests against policies and supporting documentation

  • Operations Case Management. Manage and resolve billing-related operational cases (e.g., discount applications, rental charge removals, corrections).

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 1-2 years of experience in experience in billing operations, or finance-related roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Desired Qualifications:

  • Team Player:

Highly collaborative team player with a willingness to engage actively in team initiatives and support cross-functional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

  • Multi-tasking and Detail Oriented:

Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility and Operational Support:

Flexibility to work extended hours during month-end close and critical reporting periods to ensure timely and accurate processing while meeting SLA deadlines.

  • Night Shift. Willing to work the night shift.

  • Hybrid Work set-up. Willing to work in a hybrid setup (5-6 days in office per month, in Cubao or Ortigas).
