About the role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, mainly related to Customer Experience, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with senior management to execute on the local roadmap
• Working with various stakeholders to align local plans with the company’s overall strategic vision
• Creating and optimising the local customer experience strategy
• Managing critical vendor relationships to support local operations
• Coordinating regulatory engagements, preparing materials, responding to requests for information, and navigating any other regulatory requirements as required
• Identifying and implementing key operational opportunities
• Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting
• Knowledge of banking
• Extensive CX experience
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• The skill to break complex problems into smaller, achievable tasks
• Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact
