About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Head of Treasury Management to manage liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks. You'll lead the local Treasury team in delivering and maintaining an effective treasury function, while overseeing investment portfolio solutions for the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Establishing and leading the local Treasury function
  • Maintaining and monitoring sufficient liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements
  • Optimising the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profiles
  • Supporting the local CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders, including regulators and the Board
  • Ensuring operations and risk management are in compliance with Group policies and achieve strategic consistency
  • Partnering closely with other departments, including Risk Management, Financial Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teams
  • Joining the local Assets and Liabilities Committee as a key member

What you'll need

  • At least a 2:1 degree from a top university in STEM, finance, or economics
  • 10+ years of experience in a treasury role of a top 10 bank, leading fintech company, or top-tier company with large-scale treasury operations
  • Expertise building treasury processes and controls
  • Experience developing and leading teams
  • A track record of pushing through new ideas
  • Demonstrable achievements, supported by quantifiable business outcomes
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan and organise work so that it's efficient and effective
  • A proactive approach and willingness to give everything a go, from manual processing to cross-departmental global projects

Nice to have

  • Experience designing and implementing treasury function initiatives (e.g., process optimisation strategies, target operating models, technology solutions)
