About the Role

Reports to: Finance Manager

Work model: Hybrid

The role holder will serve as a Business Partner, taking responsibility for financial control, stakeholder management, and leading the Retained Finance Org team. Acting as a point of contact, they will provide approvals, establish an escalation route, and collaborate with other functions to support issue resolution. Furthermore, they will offer valuable feedback to Hubs and Co Es on service quality, driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Build and improve processes and coordination in order to comply with local mandatory requirements as well as global needs
  • Day-to-day management of the Finance and R2R, P2P teams as well as overall O2C project management and coordination activities also with P2D teams
  • Provide expertise and input into the development of long-term strategy for the Business
  • Approvals as per approval matrix, Initiation and execution of actions towards improvement opportunities (KPIs) and solve controls deficiencies
  • Deliver Finance process outcomes – i.e. E2E process efficiency, reduced MJE, improved reliability of financial statements, increased control and compliance – defined together with the GPOs
  • Manage internal controls to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and local Accounting standards

Qualifications

  • 8-10 Years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Experience of a range of businesses and operational processes across the breadth of the financial services market
  • Experience in multi-national environment and Shared Service Organisations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance and relevant fields
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc.), with strong technical accounting and reporting skills
  • Strong ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks and apply appropriate controls over Accounting and Reporting processes
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with different stakeholders in an multinational environment
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
