About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a Quality Control Analyst to work closely across our sales teams, supporting Account Executives and their managers. You'll use a detail-oriented approach to improve our processes and deliver the best possible results.

What you'll be doing

• Providing oversight and end-to-end quality control for business account sales
• Maintaining accountability to the regulator, Board, and Ex Co
• Overseeing the framework, approach, and thresholds, and driving continuous improvements in collaboration with the Sales team

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
• Fluency in English
• Solid risk, compliance, and conduct knowledge
• Proven diligence and a high standard of integrity
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Experience in a sales environment
