About the role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a sharp mind and a knack for analysis to sit within our Acquiring function. You'll build important partnerships and negotiate multi-million-dollar deals that directly impact the company’s profit and loss.
You'll be involved in every step of the process, from ideation to execution, working closely with various departments to bring in new revenue and improve customer value.

What you'll be doing
- Scaling Revolut's Acquiring reach and unlocking profitability
- Owning the end-to-end execution of deals to supercharge the growth of flagship products and PnL
- Acting as a bridge to product teams to leverage partnerships that expand our total available market (TAM) and introduce new features
- Focusing on scaling a new vertical by 10x through strategic growth and distribution deals
- Leading all stages of deals, from initial scoping, research, and due diligence to business case building and modelling
- Defining key objectives and leading commercial negotiations while supporting the Legal team through contract finalisation
- Working with Product, Ops, and Marketing teams to ensure flawless implementation and project go-live
- Owning and optimising performance post-launch to ensure maximum value generation
- Building financial models, pricing models, and drafting high-impact pitch decks
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in a top startup, fast growing tech company, top-tier consulting firm, or client-facing investment bank
- A bachelor's in management, economics, finance, or STEM subject at a top-tier university
- Evidence of solid financial modelling, analytical, and SQL skills
- To be an avid and quick learner with a deeply rooted desire to make an impact
- Fluency in English
- An ambitious and result-driven personality, willing to go above and beyond to achieve extraordinary results
- Excellent communication, organisational, and collaboration skills to work as part of a dynamic, global team
- A proactive attitude
- Excellent business acumen
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN12,700 - PLN20,800 gross monthly
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
