About the role

Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of identifying, closing, and scaling high-value partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue generation.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the development and execution of local partnership strategies across priority products and verticals
  • Owning strategic partnerships for our features as Revolut expands across Brazil
  • Driving new business opportunities and expansion into new business segments
  • Presenting to senior internal stakeholders
  • Leading negotiations and structuring commercial agreements that deliver measurable ROI
  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Data teams to scope and launch scalable co-marketing, API integrations, or white-label solutions
  • Partnering with various teams to build long-term strategic alliances, such as ecosystem players, industry associations, events, tech platforms, or referral partners
  • Managing various projects in parallel, working at times under tight timelines, planning contingencies, and managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles within financial services (payment networks, fintech platforms, traditional banking) or consultancy with a focus on financial services clients
  • Expertise in strategic partnerships or business development
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills across seniority levels
  • To be highly driven, collaborative, and results-oriented
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
  • A proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
  • To thrive in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment
