We’re looking for a Junior Media Manager to accelerate growth via planning, buying, and optimising media campaigns across several markets.

What you'll be doing

• Setting up and running offline and online media campaigns on TV, OOH, and digital channels as part of the broader ATL strategy across our key global markets
• Analysing and optimising performance in-campaign and post-campaign to ensure acquisition and brand targets are met
• Negotiating with media owners and agencies to implement campaigns optimisations and improve pricing
• Contributing to offline buying strategy based on global performance insights
• Testing and validating potential new ATL media channels

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in setting up, running, and optimising TV or digital campaigns in high-growth companies across several markets
• A deep understanding of key performance drivers for brand and conversion campaigns
• Impressive analytic, negotiation, and project management skills
• A performance marketing mindset to drive customer acquisition as well as improvements in brand metrics

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN15,000 - PLN16,600 gross monthly
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
