The program impacts all organizations delivering customer projects across Europe and International regions, driving a shift toward standardized, efficient, and digitally enabled operations.
Guided by strong governance and Business Process Owners, UNIFY ensures seamless configuration, deployment, and change management while minimizing deviations from market standards.
Joining this team means playing a key role in one of Schneider Electric’s most ambitious transformations, shaping the way we work and deliver value globally.
What will you do?
Map and document all current Front Office (FO) logistics activities, highlighting non‑standard or non‑compliant flows.
Clarify which activities should remain under FO ownership in the future-state model.
Track and follow up on action plans from the SCOPE project across BENEDACH, France, and CEE regions.
Identify gaps between the current (“As‑Is”) FO responsibilities and the target model before key project milestones.
Lead workshops and drive action plans with Business Management and Lines of Business to decide on the future of non‑standard FO activities.
Identify, monitor, and escalate risks related to process alignment and decision‑ What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Strong ERP expertise (ideally SAP), including implementation experience, system usage, and master data principles.
Solid background in supply chain and operations, with strong functional knowledge of Front Office and order‑to‑cash processes.
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in similar environments.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel.
Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork orientation, paired with proactiveness and autonomy.
Fluent English, with the flexibility and agility to operate in evolving, start‑up‑like project conditions.
Willingness to travel up to one week per month.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
