About the role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to launching and navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for a Company Secretary to be involved in decision-making on high-priority issues, providing expert corporate governance advice and guidance to support our growth globally.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing autonomous, expert governance support to supervisory and management bodies and their committees
  • Preparing agendas and the circulation of meeting packs, participating in meetings and drafting minutes, and capturing and tracking action items
  • Influencing and communicating effectively at the executive level to ensure good local governance, ensuring alignment of processes across the group
  • Arranging execution of various corporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions, KYC-related documents, extracts, forms, and applications
  • Assisting the Legal team in ensuring that local management, supervisory bodies, and their committees comply with relevant local legislation and regulations
  • Overseeing that necessary statutory registers and files are up to date and fillings are made with relevant company registers
  • Delivering high-impact initiatives and roadmaps aimed at improving governance and cross-functional initiatives
  • Representing Revolut globally, vis-a-vis third parties, mainly legal registers, notaries, and other public institutions
  • Communicating with shareholders, making sure shares are paid, and maintaining company records, such as lists of directors and shareholders, and annual accounts

What you'll need

  • A bachelor’s degree in law and/or a recognised company secretarial qualification (e.g., ICSA/CGI)
  • 3+ years of similar working experience, preferably with recent experience in the financial services or technology sector
  • A solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management
  • Excellent attention to details
  • The ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively and draft effective minutes
  • Experience overseeing legal entity compliance activities with minimal support
  • Great team skills and ability to build excellent relationships at senior level
  • A focus on client delivery and resilience, and ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • The ability to communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders to provide clear and succinct governance advice
  • Fluency in English

Compensation range

  • Krakow: PLN11,800 - PLN17,600 gross monthly
  • Poland: PLN11,800 - PLN17,600 gross monthly
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
