What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the entire process, from induction to deliveries, of aerospace components as the main local point of contact, ensuring smooths and efficient operations.

  • Develop and create comprehensive production schedules that align with customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery within the specified turn-around time.

  • Plan and manage all activities related to aerospace component production, striving for operational excellence by optimizing processes, resources and workflow.

  • Executes plan aimed at improving communication efficiency and streamlining operational processes within the production planning domain.

  • Balance the capacity of the manufacturing shop with demands, actively forecasting planning in collaboration with Customer Event Managers, and driving future demand forecasts.

  • Monitor and collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, logistics, procurement, customer event managers, and QA teams, to ensure the highest level of standards for aerospace components, meeting customer demands and needs effectively.

  • Actively provide viable solution to optimize capacity utilization and maintain production linearity, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

  • Perform regular reviews of standard procedures to ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and enhance process efficiency within the production planning framework.

  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.

  • Actively participate in EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects, as well as other corporate initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance.

  • Fulfil any duties assigned within the scope of the Facilities & Production Planner role, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Minimum Diploma in relevant field

  • Resource vendors must have experience in aerospace component production planning, forecasting, and scheduling.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with Data Analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytic prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Highly motivated, self driven, and result-oriented individuals are prefered.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the aerospace company.

  • Previous experience in the aerospace or aviation industry is a plus.
