Sales Trainee

Position Overview

As a Sales Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive three-year rotational program to gain in-depth knowledge of our business operations, data analysis, market strategies, and customer relationship management. You will have the opportunity to work with different sales teams based on business needs, developing skills to handle both large and small customers. Through this program, you will achieve well-rounded career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Year 1: Learn internal processes, data analysis methods, and strategic planning within the Business Operations team.
  Gain a deep understanding of sales and service workflows.

Learn to use data-driven tools for decision-making and master key performance indicators (KPIs).

Study market positioning, competitor analysis, and strategic direction through company presentations.

• Years 2 & 3: Rotate across different sales or BD teams (e.g., IEoT ,Auto, Mobile) based on business needs, developing capabilities to handle both large and small customers.
  Participate in solving business challenges and enhance customer service skills.

Accumulate experience in various sales scenarios and strengthen the ability to address complex customer needs.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic background with a bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in electronics or telecommunications preferred.
• No more than 3 years of work experience, with a strong desire for growth.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Interest in data analysis, with a willingness to learn and apply relevant tools and techniques.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Hardworking and resilient, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Willing to travel frequently and able to flexibly meet the needs of different customers.

Career Path

Upon successful completion of the three-year program, you will be assigned to either the Sales or Business Development (BD) team based on your performance and the company’s needs, where you will continue to grow and develop.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years of business operations or related experience. OR
  High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
