General Summary:

• Senior Engineer and Sr Lead Engineer (Openings)

• Development Role (NOT TESTING / Validation Role)

• 3-8 years of experience in wireless communication systems, with a focus on Wi-Fi technologies.

• Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be).

• Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded systems development.

• Experience in embedded software/firmware development, with significant focus on Wi‑Fi or other wireless technologies.

• Strong proficiency in C for embedded systems; good understanding of real‑time constraints, memory/performance optimization.

• Solid knowledge of 802.11 protocols and Wi‑Fi stack (MAC state machines, management/control frames, scanning, association, roaming, security, QoS).

• Experience with RTOS or bare‑metal firmware on So Cs / MCUs.

• Experience debugging low‑level firmware issues with tools such as JTAG, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and internal debug logs.

• Strong understanding of:

Interrupt handling, DMA, timers, power management.

• Hardware–software interfaces, register programming, and driver/firmware interaction.

• Proven ability to own features independently and drive complex issues to closure.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with advanced Wi‑Fi features:

802.11ax/11be (OFDMA, MU‑MIMO, TWT, MLO, spatial reuse).

• Dual‑band simultaneous (DBS), multi‑band operations (MBO), advanced roaming.

• Experience with coexistence (Wi‑Fi/BT/LTE/UWB) algorithms.

• Familiarity with Linux Wi‑Fi host drivers (e.g., qcacld/ath11k/etc.) and host–firmware interfaces (WMI/HTT or similar).

• Experience in power optimization for battery‑operated/IoT devices.

• Exposure to customer‑facing bring‑up, field issue debug, or interoperability testing.

• Contributions to Wi‑Fi standards, open‑source drivers, or internal architecture frameworks.

• Strong communication skills and prior experience as a technical lead / mentor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR
  Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  OR
  PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
