General Summary:

Job Title: Purchasing Intern

Position Summary: The Purchasing Intern will support the Latam Procurement and Contract Manager in various administrative and operational activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in purchasing processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching, selecting and registering suppliers.
• Support price and payment terms negotiations.
• Maintain and update purchasing and supplier records.
• Collaborate in the analysis of proposals and contracts.
• Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Assist in resolving purchasing-related issues.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
