About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. The Staff role will be responsible for managing critical aspects of distributor operations, pricing governance, process standardization, process excellence and compliance within the semiconductor supply chain ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with leadership capabilities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.

General Job Summary: The Sales Operations team plays a critical role in enabling revenue growth and operational excellence across distributor business. This position supports the end-to-end sales operations process, including Quoting, pricing, claims, and channel performance reporting. The role ensures data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution of operational tasks while partnering with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Distributors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain dashboards for sell-in/sell-through, revenue, pricing leakage, claims, and distributor performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams and distributors for accurate design registration, pricing approvals, and claim resolution.
• Analyze distributor pricing structures, rebate programs, and margin impacts; ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Oversee data collection, cleansing, and validation using Excel and BI tools; detect anomalies and discrepancies in reports.
• Validate distributor claims against contracts, resolve disputes, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform inventory aging analysis, reconcile stock levels, and coordinate return and rotation policies with distributors.
• Handle team performance, act as reviewer for critical deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, manage process transitions, and ensure smooth onboarding for new systems or workflows.
• Create, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures for distributor operations, pricing, and compliance.

Key skills / Experience required:

• Requires minimum 10+ years related experience in Business Operations / Sales Operations
• Knowledge of semiconductor supply chain and channel partner programs.
• Strong understanding of distributor pricing, rebate structures, and margin analysis.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency for data validation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for distributor engagement.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance.
• Ability to manage workflows and approval processes effectively.
• Leadership skills for team handling and reviewer responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of business operations or related experience. OR
  Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
