The Opportunity:

As part of the Regulatory Risk and Compliance team you are responsible for managing regulatory risk and compliance projects. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You leverage your broad knowledge of healthcare compliance to develop solutions related to strategy, operations, and management.

• What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 7 years of experience

• Master of Business Administration preferred

• In-depth knowledge of corporate compliance programs

• Proficiency in Medicare, Medicaid, or Health Insurance Exchange regulations

• Proven abilities in audit preparations and responses

• Strength in project management and facilitation skills

• Experience in developing compliance monitoring programs

• Ability to communicate with clients in an organized manner

• Proven leadership in managing complex projects

• Strength in analytical and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
