As the Vice President of Endowments, Foundations, and Healthcare Marketing Strategy Lead, you will design and execute cutting-edge marketing initiatives tailored to institutional investors at premier endowments, foundations, and healthcare organizations. You will champion the adoption of next-generation marketing tools and strategies, including the use of generative AI, to elevate our client engagement and position J.P. Morgan as a leader in institutional marketing innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically for endowment, foundation, and healthcare institutional investors, aligning closely with sales and product partners.
- Lead the integration of generative AI and advanced marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Drive innovative, data-driven marketing programs across digital, event, and content channels, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital client journeys, ensuring a seamless and differentiated experience for institutional audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives, including thought leadership, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and approaches.
- Build and manage robust data reporting frameworks to inform strategy and demonstrate marketing value.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for marketing innovation within the endowments, foundations, and healthcare segment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on institutional asset management, endowments, foundations, or healthcare clients.
- Experimental mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and scale new marketing approaches, especially applications of generative AI.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and passion for leveraging technology to transform marketing.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working directly with endowment, foundation, or healthcare institutional investors.
- Track record of driving marketing innovation and measurable business results.
- Strong relationship-building skills across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and collaborate across multiple locations.
