Designer I, Calvin Klein Women’s Icon Underwear & Lounge Position Summary: As Designer I for Women’s CTB, you will play a key role in contributing towards the Calvin Klein Women’s Underwear & Lounge lines under the direction of Design leadership.

Your responsibilities will involve translating creative visions into practical designs, and the development of women’s ‘icon’ underwear and lounge product, ensuring that the products designed align with the brand's aesthetic. You will collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams to bring product to life and assist in the brand's overall success in the women's CTB.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

Creative Design:

·       Work with design team members to research; develop concepts, workshop colors, select fabrics, and create silhouette designs based on the global creative direction

Seasonal Collections:

• Contribute to a global lounge and underwear collection each season focusing on updates to volume driving programs as well as new, innovative,  seasonal ideas.

• Assemble and maintain physical presentation boards for meetings as well as digital tools including Miro boards, and CADs.

• Explore new fabrications, finishes, branding and colour/ print application for underwear and lounge categories

Trend Research and Analysis:

• Assemble and maintain physical presentation boards for meetings as well as digital tools including Miro boards, and CADs.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation

Product Development:

• Work closely with product developers and technical designers to create detailed tech packs, BOMS (PLM) and design specifications for prototypes and production.

• Ensure that the fit and construction of all cut & sew meet high-quality standards and customer expectations

• Create strong cross functional and vendor relationships

Presentation and Communication:

Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders, as part of a cohesive, collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications & Experience Experience: 5 years of related design experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Ability to multi-task, be open-minded and optimistic

• Strong understanding of product in the underwear and lounge product area

• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical design skills in women's underwear and lounge.

• Proficiency in design software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

• Proficiency in PLM/ centric

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet project deadlines.

Pay Range:$82,500---$117,100

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
