Students accepted into the program are each entrusted with a live, individual, business project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.

As a Production Intern, you will be responsible for a certain project in the area of **manufacturing process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or development of engineering systems. In P&G Manufacturing **our team knows a lot about a little of everything – mastering technology, operations, and people development to deliver more value to our consumers. You’ll revolutionize the supply chain, eliminate challenges while building self-sufficient teams, and deliver a continuous stream of new product initiatives.

Engineering at P&G is a well-oiled machine. Day after day, we’re innovating new products and driving cost-efficient solutions. Here, you’ll play a part in designing all the bells and whistles (and expert technology) to make our multimillion-dollar machines, plants, and work processes that make our products. You’ll improve the capability, safety, and productivity of all our systems while reducing costs for our business.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary 100 000 RUB gross

• Free lunch and transportation to the plant

• Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

• Ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)

• 3+ year students or up to 2 years since graduation

• Technical academic background (electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical, and process engineering fields of study)preferable

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• A passion to lead, a hunger to learn, a thirst to overcome barriers

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

• Interest in pursuing a full-time career at P&G after graduation
