In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. It is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role, committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent implementation of manufacturing requirements and standards.
• Explore and propose the ideas to increase productivity and work efficiency without compromising EHS and product quality.
• Complete the products, perform the tasks such as mixing, packaging and labeling products in accordance with the work instructions
• Operate the machines correctly and safely.
• Report promptly all machinery problems during production to Production Supervisor
• Maintain the working areas clean and safe accordance with 5S and EHS policies (including before, during and after production).
• Comply with all safety instructions and report the risk of unsafety to management if detected.
• Follow up all written instructions and procedures
• Show a positive and professional attitude during work.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from high school at least
• Having 5 years of working experience in industrial production is an advantage.
• Have flexible working hours and be available to work 2 or 3 shifts when required.
• Ready to work night shifts and weekends, working overtime.
• Ability to read and understand basic production documents and occupational safety instructions.
• Consistently follow up all safety guidelines.
