Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm Nhân viên Vận hành lò hơi có chứng chỉ hành nghề để vận hành, giám sát và bảo trì hệ thống lò hơi tại nhà máy. Đây là vai trò quan trọng nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, an toàn và hiệu quả của hệ thống cung cấp hơi cho toàn bộ dây chuyền sản xuất.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

Vận hành, khởi động, dừng và giám sát hệ thống lò hơi theo quy trình vận hành chuẩn (SOP).
Theo dõi các thông số kỹ thuật (áp suất hơi, nhiệt độ, mức nước, lưu lượng nhiên liệu) và điều chỉnh khi cần thiết.
Đảm bảo lò hơi hoạt động ổn định, cung cấp đủ hơi cho dây chuyền sản xuất.
Thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ hàng ngày, hàng tuần theo kế hoạch bảo trì dự phòng.
Phát hiện và xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật phát sinh, báo cáo kịp thời cho cấp trên.
Phối hợp với đội bảo trì cơ điện để sửa chữa, thay thế thiết bị khi cần.

An toàn và Tuân thủ:
Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về an toàn lao động, phòng cháy chữa cháy và môi trường.
Đảm bảo sử dụng đầy đủ thiết bị bảo hộ lao động (PPE) trong quá trình làm việc.
Thực hiện đúng các quy trình xử lý nước cấp cho lò hơi, kiểm soát chất lượng nước và xả cặn định kỳ.
Tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật về vận hành lò hơi và chứng chỉ hành nghề.

Ghi chép và Báo cáo:
Ghi chép đầy đủ nhật ký vận hành, các thông số kỹ thuật và sự cố phát sinh.
Báo cáo tình trạng vận hành, tiêu hao nhiên liệu và các chỉ số hiệu suất hàng ngày.
Lưu trữ hồ sơ, tài liệu kỹ thuật đầy đủ, sẵn sàng cho kiểm tra kiểm toán.

Các nhiệm vụ khác:
Tham gia đào tạo nâng cao kỹ năng vận hành và an toàn.
Hỗ trợ đội ngũ kỹ thuật trong các dự án cải tiến hệ thống lò hơi.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Trưởng ca/Quản lý Kỹ thuật.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Có Chứng chỉ Hành nghề Vận hành Lò hơi (Boiler) còn hiệu lực theo quy định của Bộ Lao động – Thương binh và Xã hội.
Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Nhiệt, Kỹ thuật công nghiệp hoặc tương đương.
Có kinh nghiệm thực tế vận hành lò hơi tối thiểu 1–2 năm (ưu tiên kinh nghiệm tại nhà máy công nghiệp hoặc KCN).
Hiểu biết về hệ thống lò hơi, xử lý nước, hệ thống nhiên liệu và các thiết bị phụ trợ.
