What You Will Achieve

Design, implement, and manage containerized solutions using Kubernetes and related technologies (e.g., Docker, Helm, Kube API).

Develop and maintain **CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)**to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Implement infrastructure ascode (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible to ensure scalable and repeatable environments.

Partner with architects, developers, database engineers, designers, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions.

Understand hardware/software configurations and interdependencies of Pfizer systems for custom software design and build.

Provide deep technical and engineering expertise throughout all phases of the development lifecycle for digital projects.

Lead systems analysis, architecture design, and code development for complex system modules.
-
Perform unit and engineering testing, lead code reviews, and author technical documentation.
-
Apply software engineering standards, compliance, and risk management processes to ensure regulatory conformance.

Oversee global support and sustaining engineering service delivery for advanced data cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift) and AI Chatbot solutions
Here Is What You Need(Minimum Requirements)

BA/BS or MBA/MS with 5 -10 years of relevant experience
-
PhD with 2 years of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience

Proven expertise in collaborating with sponsors and business leadership teams to develop and deliver technology roadmaps, strategies, and operating plans

Demonstrated understanding of key Agile techniques and a deep comprehension of systems and information architecture

Broad knowledge of corporate enterprise systems
-
Innovative mindset with strong delivery-oriented values
-
Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
-
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Bonus Points If You Have(Preferred Requirements)

A Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience

Experience working on global programs

A good understanding of business customers' expectations and preferences, and how digital fits in

Experience with Pegasystems, Share Point, Microsoft NET.
