As a Principal Software Engineer (React Native), you’ll lead design and development of high-performing mobile apps, mentor other engineers, and help bring new digital capabilities (including AI) to life.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll set the standard for mobile excellence at Pepsi Co.

Responsibilities Lead the architecture and hands-on development of mobile apps using React Native Partner with product managers, UX designers, and cloud engineers to deliver global solutions Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making across the team Explore and Adopt tools such as AI copilots and agents to streamline development and boost productivity.

Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
