Overview The role is in order to contribute to the growth of Pepsi Co GCR by delivering design solutions that drive revenue.
Lead end-to-end brand and graphic design projects within the Food Group, driving design thinking from ideation through execution.
Develop high-quality brand design work through hands-on execution and collaboration with internal and external resources.
Articulate creative ideas through sketching and visual communication.
Execute key brand design initiatives across product portfolios, ensuring alignment with design principles and production standards through consistent planning and process management.
Responsibilities -Takes ownership of the visual identity for specific brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the design director, brand teams, insights teams and global design team while leading design team member. -Generates creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members. -Participates in research activities and effectively translates consumer needs into actionable design requirements and execute those requirements -Responsible for driving final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases.
Qualifications -6+ years of deep brand design experience -Graphic designer Degree or similar -Extraordinary design taste and skill -An incurable curiosity relating to all design things -Great passion for new and creative trends -Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software -Capability to develop and visualize concepts through hand sketching or computer software -Strong project ,design and agency management skills -Ability to work in dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty , can work under pressure -Can effectively influence senior levels in the organization across brands and functions -Effectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholder across all levels , proficiency in oral and written English ( is a plus) -Works well with team member/stockholders to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises -Highly collaborative, team oriented, brainstorming sessions or presenting in front of other team members -Demonstrate clear “point of view” relating to the design -Ability to work smoothly with a fast-paced interdisciplinary team. -Open and optimistic with entrepreneurship -Game changer, strategic thinker , design sensibility, business acumen
