Job Summary:The Finance Manager is responsible for accurate and timely statutory reporting for PP Japan, tax compliance and oversight of outsourced regulatory reporting.

Holds an accounting or business degree and relevant accounting qualifications for at least 5 years.

Bilingual in Japanese and English, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Experienced in SAP, SAP BW, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for ecommerce, capable of building trusted relationships with international finance stakeholders.

Proven track record in financial services, technology, or other fast-paced commercial environments.

Brings valuable experience from globally listed matrix organizations and regulated entities.

Deep expertise in Japanese accounting standards and US GAAP differences.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within teams, thriving in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
