Paramount is hiring a Mailroom Coordinator to join their team at 1515 Broadway, reporting into the Facilities Director. This position requires an outgoing, can- do personality who can interact with all levels of our corporate environment. Top-notch communication, organization and follow-up skills are required.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Receive inbound packages.
• Enter inbound packages into Tracking system.
• Deliver mail and inbound packages (including but not limited to USPS, Fed Ex, UPS and messenger pieces). Collect signatures as required.
• Pickup out bound packages.
• Transfer outbound packages to appropriate couriers.
• Post Office Runs when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and orderly mailroom.
• Research and track missing packages.
• AD Hoc items as needed.
• Overtime may be required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of mailroom or adjacent experience.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with USPS, UPS, Fed Ex and other couriers
• Ability to operate common computer programs such as Outlook, Word/ Excel.
• Knowledge of Pitney Bowes Receiving and Desktop Shipping Systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Hiring Salary Range: $38,000.00 - 42,500.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
