Support product strategy development across on-exchange and employer-subsidized offerings through market research, competitive analysis, and internal performance insights

Conduct structured qualitative and quantitative research to inform product design decisions, including benefit structures, cost-sharing approaches, and positioning

Track and synthesize regulatory, policy, and market developments and assess potential product impacts

Assist in documenting assumptions, decision, and learnings to support auditability and future cycles

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
