• Operational Technology (OT) Oversight:

• Direct all aspects of OT deployment and lifecycle management in data centers, ensuring the implementation of robust operational standards and seamless integration with new and existing systems.

• Systems Design:

• Lead the design of operational and security systems for new and existing data centers, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, future scalability, and industry best practices.

• Patching & Standards:

• Develop, implement, and monitor policies related to patch management and operational standards for critical OT and infrastructure systems.

• Physical Security Standards:

• Establish, document, and routinely update physical security and keying standards to protect data center infrastructure and assets.

• Operational Improvements & Reporting:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes; establish and track KPIs and deliver regular performance and risk reports.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, architecture, and security—to ensure consistency and alignment in systems design, operational standards, and physical infrastructure.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure data center operations and systems designs are fully compliant with internal policies, industry standards (such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and regulatory requirements; proactively identify and address operational and security risks.

• Leadership:

Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence through innovation, robust systems design, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years’ experience in data center operations and systems design, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Demonstrated experience designing operational and security systems in large-scale, mission-critical environments
• In-depth knowledge of operational technology, systems integration, patch management, and physical security
• Strong background in developing, implementing, and auditing standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar industry benchmarks
• Track record of driving operational improvements, risk management, and innovation in facility and systems design
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (such as CISM, CISSP, PMP, DCProfessional, or similar) are a plus
