• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Federal Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for one of the largest healthcare providers globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale federal projects and delivering successful EHR deployments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project and make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.
• Determine scope of work for interfaces and other deployment activities.
• Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements.
• Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan.
• Develop and systematically evaluate alternative course of actions to identify solutions if barriers arise.
• Present progress and course of actions to gain consensus from all stakeholders in a timely manner. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
