As a member of OCI Finance, you will be responsible for supporting financial analysts by producing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure team’s financial data and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will partner with analysts on scoping and implementing system hierarchy and allocation rule changes on Profit and Cost Management (PCM) system. You will also work with partner engineering teams to design and implement new financial data integration as well as data transformation. You will develop enhancement plans on the current financial system as well as operational processes for faster outcome and more efficient processes.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $84,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  • Own the end-to-end financial allocation and reporting platform called Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM), including the design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of allocation logic, hierarchies, and data structures.

  • Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for the allocation and profitability capability, ensuring it scales with business growth and aligns to broader finance and cloud solution priorities.

  • Improve the speed and reliability of month-end and quarter-end processes by identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize processes and related operations.

  • Partner closely with technical teams to oversee the allocation system development pipeline, providing clear business requirements, assisting in project prioritization, and ensuring seamless coordination of resources and information.

  • Lead requirements and delivery for platform enhancements, translating business needs into clear specifications and managing changes through testing and implementation with engineering teams.

  • Facilitate system data governance and stakeholder alignment, including preparing materials for leadership reviews, driving discussions, and ensuring timely decisions and follow-through.

  • Enable self-service reporting and analysis by supporting finance users with tools such as Smart View and Oracle Analytics Cloud, including troubleshooting and best-practice guidance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant finance or business analytics experience
  • BA/BS in Finance or Business field preferred
  • Strong data reporting or systems management experience
  • Business Partnering experience
  • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on SQL query writing skills preferred
