  • Responsible for accounting on payroll such as month end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, balance analysis etc.
  • Perform account reconciliation and arrange for BS reviews with managers
  • Execute to roles and responsibilities which may be assigned by manager.
  • Identify simplification, automation and standardisation opportunities to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls on payroll accounting
  • Support statutory audit for payroll requests

Job Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant (e.g. Bachelor's degree, CA, CPA, ACCA) with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting
  • Experience in multinational company or shared service organisation is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills,
  • SAP ERP knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to manage complexity and dynamic business situation
