Role Description

• Support the team in surveying and studying pure digital control loop design
• Assist on digital design–related exploration tasks under senior engineers’ guidance
• Participate in a real IC design project to understand industrial digital design flow
• Help promote NXP’s design presence and employer brand in Taiwan What You’ll Learn
• Digital control concepts used in power / mixed-signal systems
• How design teams work in a multinational semiconductor company
• Basic trade-offs and design thinking in real products

Candidate Profile

• EE / CS related background (Bachelor or Master student)
• Interest in digital design, control, or power-related topics
• Willing to learn and communicate within a global R&D team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a BSEE or MSEE with some exposure to circuit design Qualifications
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Self-starter and fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Basic familiarity with traditional analog mixed signal circuit block features and design including amplifiers, regulators, bandgaps, oscillators and data converters. Basic working knowledge of Cadence design tools.
