Responsibilities:

• Wireless Software Engineer is to work on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth/15.4 software development and platform integration in NXP Wireless Software Team.
• Develop Wi Fi and Bluetooth/15.4 device driver and firmware for NXP wireless So Cs.
• Develop Wi Fi and BT/BLE/15.4 Coexistence software for NXP wireless So Cs.
• Develop system software and applications to enable advanced features by utilizing NXP Wi Fi/Bluetooth/15.4 technologies.
• Work on system integration and performance tuning on Wi Fi/Bluetooth/15.4 subsystems, including Wi Fi and BT/15.4 protocol stack on multiple platforms such as Android, Linux and Windows etc.
• Support Linux open source community for NXP Wi Fi/Bluetooth/15.4 chipsets based software.
• Support customers remotely or onsite as needed

Requirements:

• MS in EE, CE, CS or equivalent is required
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required
• Experience with C programming and debugging is required
• Knowledge of TCP/IP is required
• Knowledge of SDIO/USB/PCIE/UART/SPI is preferred
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/15.4 is preferred Experience with Linux kernel and driver development is preferred
• Experience with firmware development on embedded system is preferred
