Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at NVIDIA
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join NVIDIA quality team. The successful candidate will base in Vietnam and play a critical role in ensuring that our contracted electronic manufacturers (CEMs) meet rigorous quality standards required for our products. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
What you will be doing:

Collaborate with CEMs to ensure quality standards are maintained and improved.

Conduct CEM audits and assessments to evaluate their quality systems and processes.

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for supplier products.
-
Work closely with the procurement and engineering teams to resolve any supplier-related issues.
-
Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
-
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for supplier quality issues.
-
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
-
Well get hold of process and quality guideline and related documents for supplier quality management.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of supplier quality activities.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or engineering or a related role.
-
Strong verbal and written communication in English & Vietnamese is a must. Chinese speaking & listening skill would be preferred.

Rich experience in electronic device / system manufacturing process & quality control.

Provide process analysis, identify risk, develop mitigation plan to optimize manufacturing process & quality control.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, such as 8D, 5-Whys, 5M1E, fish bone and so on.

Familiarity with industry standards, such as IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, ANSI/ESD S20.20, and so on.

Experience with supplier audits and quality assessments.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of relating respectfully with others.
