We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead deployment and supply planning initiatives using SAP IBP for Response and Supply. This role will manage the movement of goods from manufacturing locations to downstream warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring optimized, feasible, and policy-compliant supply plans across the network. The role will focus on optimizing product distribution from manufacturing sites to distribution centers using SAP IBP Deployment Optimizer while ensuring compliance with highly regulated business rules, supply constraints, and product allocation policies. The opportunity is for Nvidia India location in Pune, India. Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and experience working collaboratively with business counterparts is a must.

Whatyou’llbedoing:

• Design and configure SAP IBP characteristics-based planning models to support complex, multi-dimensional planning across product hierarchies, device categories, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers

• Ensure deployment planning complies with enterprise supply chain policies, regulatory requirements, and product allocation guidelines.

• Translate complex business rules and operational constraints into scalable IBP planning configurations and optimizer parameters.

• Implement fair-share logic and inventory optimization strategies to manage shortages and balance network inventory.

• Support multi-echelon inventory optimization (MEIO) and network design initiatives.

• Drive system design analysis, testing, and training

• Manage end-to-end system lifecycle activities including design, configuration, testing, deployment, user training, and system upgrades.

• Ensure accurate integration and monitoring of master and transactional data from SAP S/4HANA, including transportation lanes and sourcing rules.

• Conduct scenario simulations and what-if analyses to evaluate capacity constraints and improve distribution strategies.

• Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting across SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Whatweneedtosee:

• BS or Master’s in operations management / Industrial Engineering, Computer Science disciplines

• 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience with strong expertise in SAP IBP Deployment / Supply Planning.

• Hands-on experience with IBP Deployment Optimizer configuration and execution.

• Experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning or Response & Supply modules.

• Strong experience in integrating IBP with:

SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP)

• SAP APO Global ATP (gATP)

• Experience with fair share allocation, deployment heuristics, and optimizer tuning.

• Strong understanding of multi-echelon supply networks and distribution planning.

• Experience working with large-scale manufacturing or semiconductor supply chains is preferred.

• Knowledge of CIF / integration between IBP, S/4HANA, and APO.

• Experience supporting production planning, order fulfillment, and distribution planning processes as well as ability to debug and support applications in SAP S/4HANA & IBP.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Supply chain planning experience in the semiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing environments

• Experience with characteristics-based planning involving SAP IBP

• Experience implementing/leading Distribution planning processes
