As part of the Silicon Co-design Group (SCG), we are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the Taipei site. This role oversees engineering teams responsible for memory validation, IO characterization, reliability, labs and system-level manufacturing tests, focusing on first silicon power-on and silicon validation. SCG delivers groundbreaking solutions to co-deign & productize NVIDIA's solutions in datacenter, consumer, professional and automotive markets.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and scale engineering teams in Taipei, collaborating globally across engineering, ASIC, architecture, and operations.

Drive validation execution, technical closure, and seamless NPI ramp-to-mass production transitions.

Establish and track KPIs, standardize processes, and ensure alignment with global product performance targets.

Manage productization, capacity planning, and lab operations, including budget control and equipment maintenance.
Oversee lab operations and growth, ensuring compliance with industry standards for security and electrical testing.

Define and implement test strategies and solutions for system products, supporting NPI and production test capacity.

Lead crisis response for quality, material, or capacity disruptions, providing real-time updates to executive teams.

Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with global engineering leaders.
What We Need to See:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or related field.

12+ overall years of hardware validation experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
-
Proven experience managing large, high-performing teams and delivering results.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
-
Hands-on technical expertise in validation, test line establishment, and process control.

Experience supporting high-reliability markets like automotive is a plus.

Demonstrated success in leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence.
