Oversee lab operations and growth, ensuring compliance with industry standards for security and electrical testing.

  • 12+ overall years of hardware validation experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

  • Proven experience managing large, high-performing teams and delivering results.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Hands-on technical expertise in validation, test line establishment, and process control.

  • Experience supporting high-reliability markets like automotive is a plus.

  • Demonstrated success in leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience building and scaling teams in validation, bring-up, productization, or system performance engineering.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-cultural and matrixed environments.
