As an OEM Sales Enablement Manager based in Tokyo, Japan, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our data center product portfolio through strategic OEM partnerships. What you'll be doing:

Increase revenue for NVIDIA’s data center product portfolio (CPUs, GPUs, networking products, and software license offerings) by collaborating with OEM partners.

Develop and expand a healthy pipeline by engaging OEM partners and supporting joint sales motions across targeted industry segments.

Provide deal support for OEM-led opportunities, including technical and commercial coordination with internal teams.

Enable OEM partners through training, product updates, and ongoing readiness to accelerate their NVIDIA-based solutions.

Plan, complete, and support marketing activities using MDF to amplify partner-led demand generation.

Collaborate closely with NVIDIA’s Global OEM team to align strategies, share insights, and drive consistent global-to-local execution.

Strengthen cross-functional cooperation with NVIDIA enterprise sales, solution architects, and industry teams to improve OEM business impact.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus.
-
More than 5 years of experience in sales or business development accompanied by a demonstrated history of success.

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, combined with the capability to function independently and perform well with little oversight.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and partner organizations.
-
Experience in sales support, either internally or through channel/partner ecosystems.
-
Demonstrated success in building and managing long-term customer relationships, including engagement with executive-level collaborators.

Strong English communication skills for email and conference calls, and proficiency in Japanese.

Highly logical, strategic problem solver with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Specialized knowledge in HPC, large-scale or cluster computing, Kubernetes, ML/AI OPS, artificial intelligence, and deep learning.

Experience in selling server OEM products or working closely with OEM partners on data center solution sales.

Demonstrated success in leading business development initiatives and driving measurable outcomes through your own leadership and execution.
