As a experienced Oracle HCM SaaS techno functional consultant to join our team and contribute to Oracle HCM SaaS projects, enhancements and production support. You will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Oracle SaaS HCM platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Your primary focus will be on the reporting area, but we also value expertise in other domains such as Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Help Desk, Authorizations and Access Management.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SaaS HCM techno-functional consulting, with a strong focus on reporting.
• Proven expertise in Oracle SaaS HCM reporting and analytics, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle SaaS HCM modules and their integration with other systems.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework is preferred.
